Rethinking Phased Retirement

 Each day roughly 10,000 Boomers reach age 65


For three decades, thousands of employers have talked about “phased retirement.” Old habits, confusion and concerns have stood in the way.  During those years we have built collaborative scheduling systems to strengthen employee talent and contributions for companies.

Most of that work has served younger workers.  Recently we have developed pioneering work on Respectful Exits – a unique approach for older workers offering productive choices out of full employment.
